Learned trial court has reported that the case of the petitioner is pending for argument.

Therefore, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail.

Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2010 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 92 of 2013, 93 of 2011, 252 of 2012 and 71 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Supaul stands rejected.

However, learned trial court must dispose off the above-said case within a month from the date of
