2. This application is being filed for transfer of Maintenance Case bearing Maintenance Case No. 180/2016 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur to the court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

3. On 28.02.2024 the matter was taken up when the petitioner submitted that she is restricting her prayer to the transfer of Maintenance Case No. 180/2016 which is presently pending before the learned counsel Principal Judge, Family Court, at Hajipur to the court learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea.

4. The husband is also a lawyer and both are practicing in Patna High Court. Upon query, it was jointly informed by them that instead of pursuing the matter either before Vaishali at Hajipur or Purnea, both of them will be pleased if the matter is transferred to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

5. In view of the fact that both have now come to a common place/court, the M.J.C. No.396 of 2023 stands disposed of with a direction to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hazipur to transfer the file of Maintenance Case No. 180/2016 to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.
