JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, none has sustained any firearm injury and so far as injury of injured Basuki Yadav is concerned, it is only stated that petitioner gave single blow with the butt of pistol causing head injury to him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015.
