The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 21.6.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6369 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 27.2.2017 and the trial has not been concluded within a period of nine months as ordered by this Court. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail by submitting that the petitioner is an assailant. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015 pending in the court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19257 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 C.J.M., Gaya.
