The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No.42 of 2020, for the offence under Section 30(a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 24.01.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 23 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8543 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Excise Case No.42 of 2020.
