17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the fact that truck still not been recovered though charge-sheet had already been submitted coupled with paragraph 37 statement of wife of the petitioner, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Prayer for bail is rejected. Learned lower court is directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously and for that, Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to procure attendance of the witnesses in same manner.
