The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town(Darbhanga) P.S. Case No.150 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that this petitioner has been apprehended from the spot from where he was trying to rob the informant, no case for indulgence is made out.
