At the outset, learned State Counsel submits that in case no final order has been passed till today, the order dated 27.04.2020, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sheikhpura, suspending the PDS license of the petitioner would stand vitiated in light of the provision contained in Clause 28 of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 inasmuch as the final order ought to have been passed within 180 days of passing of the order of suspension. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.6275 of 2021(6) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 counsel for the State, no further adjudication is necessary. It is thus directed that in case no order has been passed till now, the order of suspension shall automatically stand revoked.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
