The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 425 of 2018 dated 30.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Huge quantity of cartridges is said to have been recovered from the house of one Sarfaraj Alam, who is said to have made a confession that the petitioner also used to be supplied cartridges on demand.

Apart from the aforesaid confession of the arrested co-accused person, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the offence. There is no recovery from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner does not have criminal antecedents.

No.10808 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 For the afoerstated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 425 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
