Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conference.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2018 initially registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code but subsequently, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added.

Petitioner is named in the first information report. Although, petitioner is not assailant but he was member of unlawful assembly. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition.
