Mr.Madanjeet Kumar -Gp20 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of remuneration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have regularly worked as Talimi Markaz but they have not been paid honorarium.

The issue of payment of honorarium requires verification of the record and as such the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16574 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2019 3/3 disposed of with a direction to the respondent-District Programme Officer (Establishment) Muzaffarpur to verify the records to ascertain whether the petitioners have worked as Talimi Markaz or not for the period they are claiming salary. In case, if it is found that the petitioners have worked for the period they are claiming honorarium, the respondents shall ensure payment of honorarium for the period the petitioners have actually worked.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
