2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 dated 20.05.2017 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant by farsa causing head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was case and counter case between the parties and in free fight between the parties, both the parties got injured. The allegation of the informant has not been corroborated. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case having no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
