2. The petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 564 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section108 of the B.N.S. 2023.

3. The brother of the deceased lodged information that his sister and her husband had quarreled as a result of which his sister committed suicide in anger. It is alleged that his sister's husband had illicit relation with some other lady.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has also been submitted that from perusal of the F.I.R. itself, it becomes clear that it is a case of suicide. The petitioner is under custody since 12-09-2025 with clean

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that .

Considering the fact that admittedly it is a case of suicide and the law and facts concerning suicide or abatement of suicide will be thrashed out at the time of trial and not at the stage of bail, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below/concerned Court, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 564 of 2025.
