This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is long delay in lodging the complaint, which resulted into present F.I.R. and the pending dispute between the parties, this bail application is allowed.
