2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Executive Engineer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3357 of 2023 dt.21-08-2023 2/2 Local Area Engineering Organization (Work Division), Madheura for making payment of retiral dues, which they have admittedly not paid to the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Considering the specific submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to file detail representation with respect to the remaining amount of retiral dues to which the petitioner is entitled before the Executive Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization (Work Division), Madheura, respondent no. 7.

4. The Executive Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization (Work Division), Madheura, respondent no. 7 is directed to take steps for making payment of remaining amount of retiral dues on different heads within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation along with statutory interest in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
