2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the mother in law of the deceased who was killed for demand of dowry.

4. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2023.

5. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed
