On confidential information, a raid was conducted during course of which petitioner was apprehended with motorcycle bearing Registration no. BR06AA- 5594. Furthermore, on his confessional statement, places of other persons were searched and during course thereof, apprehension of other persons was effected along with seizure of motorcycle. Petitioner is under custody since 21.09.2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Amir Ahmad @ Chhote is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) PS Case No. 470/2015 subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58365 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2016 condition that petitioner will have his physical presence for a year before the concerned PS at an interval of one month positively and the SHO of the said police station will grant a certificate to that effect which will be produced by the petitioner before the learned lower court regularly.

In case, there is violation at the end of the petitioner, then in that event, the privilege so allowed in favour of petitioner will cease to effect.

The learned lower court is further directed to serve a copy of the instant order upon the SHO of Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) PS for effective compliance.
