The Petitioner seeks bail in Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 457 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that one call was received on the mobile phone of the informant. The informant call back then the person made extortion demand of Rs. 1,00,000/- and disclosed his name as Md. Nehal, the petitioner. From the written report itself, it appears that mere general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner that call was made by him to demand extortion. The petitioner is said to be in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 457 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
