2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 5.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67588 of 2024 but his bail bond were not accepted by the concerned Court below as the petitioner was having one criminal case against him and it was directed that his bail bonds will not be accepted if the petitioner will have any other case registered against him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2024.

5. Considering the fact that earlier the petitioner was granted bail by this Court, the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.
