2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or writs for quashing the order dated 25.7.2016 passed by the respondent no.5 vide which he has rejected the petition filed by the petitioner for issuance of L.P.C. (Land Possession Certificate) with regard to the land appertaining to Khata No.153, Khesra

Patna High Court CWJC No.18440 of 2016(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 No.467, area 13 Katha 4 Dhurs situated in mauza Patrahi Khurd, Thana No.262.

Further for directing the respondent no.2 to get an enquiry held by a competent officer under him or by him itself about verification of the possession of the petitioner over the land appertaining to Khata No.153, Khesra No.467, area 13 Katha 4 Dhurs and directing the respondent no.5 for issuance of L.P.C. (Land Possession Certificate) in favour of the petitioner considering the fact that in favour of the petitioner already after verification L.P.C. (Land Possession Certificate) was issued by the then Circle Officer, Amnour, Saran on 20.4.2012 and L.P.C. (Land Possession Certificate) issued in favour of Arvind Kumar Singh, the late husband of the petitioner on 8.3.2011 by the then Circle Officer, Amnour, Saran. For passing such other order or orders for which the petitioner will be found entitled in the eye of law."
