Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Bipin Kumar, son of the informant, had gone along with the petitioner to Delhi. He did not return, hence, the petitioner is under suspicion to have kidnapped Bipin Kumar.
