Case No. 349 of 2019, corresponding to Special Case No. 1628 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 69 litres of liquor from the two motorcycles and petitioner was arrested from there. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about three months and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
