JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Teacher's Appellate Authority, Gaya for appropriate relief since the subject matter of the present case is to be dealt with by the said authority at the initial level. In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teacher's Appellate Authority, Gaya and in case, such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today along with the petition for grant of interim relief, the authority shall decide the petition in accordance with law. However, in the meantime i.e. during the pendency of the main case, the authority shall consider the petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.15871 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 to be filed by the petitioner for grant of interim relief and pass order on the said petition for grant of interim relief within a period of four weeks of filing the said petition.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
