2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara) P.S. Case No. 367 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 108, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to torture of case lodged under DP Act, the deceased has committed suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased. The deceased has committed suicide at his home.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court below in connection with Goraul (Kathara) P.S. Case No. 367 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the BNSS.
