Taking into consideration that ten thousand counterfeit currency note and one country made loaded Katta are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case no. 321/2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah District West Champaran stands rejected.
