Petitioner is an accused in connection with Patna Rail P.S. Case No. 691 of 2019, Special Case No. 11663 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
