Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he along with others started pelting stones on police party when police had gone to arrest one Gedan Manjhi in connection with a criminal case.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Banka (Panjwara) P.S. Case no. 317/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
