Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused who have already been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. The petitioner is accused in two other cases wherein the FIR is against unknown.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20590 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 Ara/Successor Court, in connection with Sikarhata P.S. Case No.53 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
