The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 349 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the vehicle of the informant was stolen away by unknown thieve and during investigation the name of the petitioner transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused Binay Kumar. From perusal of impugned order, it reveals that there is nothing on the record except confessional statement of coaccused Binay Kumar against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9122 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S.
