The petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation he was arrested and put on T.I. Parade in which he was identified by the informant and further more, some looted articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chautham P.S.Case no. 36 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria, stands rejected.
