2. The present writ application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2606 of 2024 dt.06-03-2024 2/3 the following relief(s):

I) For directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners who have more than the required 55% marks in CTET Paper-II which is the qualifying exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education which has issued certificate declaring the petitioners qualified with more than 55% marks which is required for general female candidates for appointment on the post of teacher in the light of Advertisement No. 27/2023 issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission.

II) For directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of teachers in the light of fact that the petitioners have all the other required qualifications and they have been declared successful by the Bihar Public Service Commission in the School Teacher Recruitment Examination held in the light of Advertisement No. 27/2023 issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission.

III) For quashing Memo No. 44 dated 15-012024 issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj whereby it was informed to the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar that appointment letters of the petitioners have been kept in abeyance.

(iv) For any other relief/s for which the petitioners are found to be entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a detailed representation before the Director Secondary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) and the said representation is still pending.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, in my view, no useful purpose would be served keeping this writ application pending.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director Secondary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) to dispose of the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. It is made clear that the Director Secondary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
