JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been arrested by the police along with some others when he along with his associates assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Furthermore, it is alleged that one mobile phone was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and no arms has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection
