Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was kidnapped by the petitioner and others including one co-accused Arvind Kumar who happens to be full brother of the petitioner but according to her statement, she was caught by police with co-accused Arvind Kumar. Co-accused Arvind Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case no. 43/2015.
