The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons committed murder of informant's sister and threw her dead body in a wheat field to conceal the evidence.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitionerss that the petitioners are in custody since 31.05.2018 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. It is a case of last seen. There is no eye

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10179 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 witness to the alleged occurrence nor any circumstantial evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioners in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.267 of 2018 arising out of Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. case No.11 of 2015.
