Petitioner is accused in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He also submits that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd
