The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25069 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of father and address of petitioner no.2 has wrongly been typed as "son of Arun Singh instead of Anil Singh" and "R/o village-Jamalpur instead of village-Bahadurpur". Further submits that when petitioner no.2 appears to furnish his bail bond before the learned lower court, as per order of this Court, due to wrongly typed name of father and address of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9211 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 no.2 could not furnish his bail bond.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25069 of 2019 to the extent that the name of father and address of petitioner no.2 be modified and read accordingly.

The time granted by this Court for surrender of the petitioner be extended by further two weeks from today. Accordingly, modification petition stands disposed of. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
