The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the husband of the victim. The marriage is of the year 2015. Three girls has been born of the wife of the petitioner, because of this she was tortured and thrown out from the matrimonial home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
