The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ and direction for proper investigation of the false case which has been lodged by respondent no. 6 and 7 since 2010 to harass the petitioner. It has been submitted that petitioner is a candidate of legislative assembly of 2010 but due to false cases lodged by the respondents, the police has tortured the petitioner due to which he did not fight any election because the police is behind the petitioner. In these circumstances, the petitioner seeks direction to the authority to verify the facts of the case and undertake proper investigation.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has not mentioned any case number because every investigation is
