ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 21-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the matter involves disputed questions of fact and they cannot be gone into by this Hon'ble Court adjudicating under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel seeks permission from this Court to give a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of India bringing to his notice the manipulations and interpulations

Patna High Court CWJC No.2960 of 2025(8) dt.21-08-2025 2/3 done by the department. Learned counsel states that it will suffice for the moment if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 1 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders by fixing a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance by way of a representation to the Respondent No. 1 and the Respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the same strictly in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of India ventilating his grievance along with requisite documents within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the Respondent No. 1 shall consider the said representation and pass a reasoned order. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation made by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner
