Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 354, 498(A)/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of commission of torture and harassment against the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation of demand of dowry and commission of torture is false. In fact, the opposite party no. 2 does not want to live with this petitioner and is living presently with her mother at her parental house. The petitioner is ready to

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 80/2018subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
