The petitioner has filed the present writ application for restraining the respondents including respondent no. 4 not to construct the Panchayat Bhawan on Khata No. 1051, Khesra No. 2278 admeasuring about 21 decimal land upon which Ravidas temple has already been constructed and a particular community has been worshiping in the said temple. The petitioner has further prayed for a direction to construct the Panchayat Bhawan on land which is in the name of Aanawad Bihar Sarkar in Khata No. 1050, Khesra No. 1483 admeasuring about 82 decimal land upon which even the villagers and elected

The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents not to create any hindrance to the villagers from using the Ravidas Temple and maintain peace and tranquility in the society.

Considering the relief sought for, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 (the District Magistrate, Madhepura) within a period of 30 days from today. The Respondent No. 4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
