This application has been preferred for a direction upon the respondents to pay full pension as well as other retiral dues in full apart from the full salary of his suspension period and also to set aside the order dated 26.10.2015 passed by the Chief Secretary (respondent no.2) as contained in Annexure-8. Today, Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, learned S.C.-4 has provided letter no. 869 dated 16.05.2023 and letter no. 804

Patna High Court CWJC No.3673 of 2020(9) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 dated 03.05.2023 both issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Madhepura as also Office Letter No. 70 dated 04.05.2023 issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Saharsa to show that all the remedial steps have been taken to clear the admitted dues of the petitioner. He further undertakes that follow up action will be taken in the matter and payment shall be made in the next four weeks.

On the said positive stand taken by the learned State Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the matter can be finally disposed of.

It is expected that the State will take immediate steps and act in accordance with the letters so issued. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
