The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dagarua P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Purnea.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15793 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
