One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from a hut.

Admittedly, aforesaid recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 27.9.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Bhargama P.S. Case no. 185/2015.
