2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 760 (c) of 2013.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 17.06.2019 the parties approached the Mediation Centre which resulted in success on terms and conditions enumerated in the mediator's report dated 13.09.2019 in Mediation Proceeding No. 468 of 2019. It is stated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14396 of 2019(6) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 that the parties are now residing together in matrimonial harmony. The petitioner undertakes to produce his wife before the learned Court below in support of his aforesaid stand.

In the above view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 08.03.2019 pending in the Court of Sri Nagesh Pratap Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 760(C) of 2013 shall stand confirmed if the petitioner produces the wife (opposite party no. 2) before the learned Court below within the period of four weeks from today, failing which his bail bond shall stand automatic cancelled.
