Patna High Court CWJC No.3048 of 2023 dt.10-04-2023 2/2 Committee and to enquire into whether such a Managing Committee has been constituted or not. The petitioner also has another prayer to include the name of the donor of the land of the school in the Managing Committee of Shiv Ratan High School, Jaru Banvariya, Hulasganj (Jehanabad). The learned State Counsel submits that a Managing Committee has already been constituted which is also impleaded as 7th respondent. We do not think there is any public interest in so far as the prayers are concerned, especially that of inclusion of name of the donor of the land in the school's name. We find no reason to invoke our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226, especially in the present petition styled as a Public Interest Litigation where no such public interest exists. The writ petition would stand dismissed.
