1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this Writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondents to remove the encroachment over land situated at Village- Madanpur, Gram Panchayat Kothiya under Garkha Circle in the district of Saran. The said encroachment over the Mouza- Kothiya Thana No. 487 Khata No.

1901 Khesra No. 3867 as aforesaid land in question Gair Mazarua land of the Government of Bihar and take action against the person who

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Garkha, District-Saran for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
