JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 The petitioner is aggrieved with his result of Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test, 2017, held by the Bihar School Examination Board. The petitioner has been found to have not qualified on the basis of the test so held, in view of his performance in respective papers of the test. Except a vague statement that the petitioner expected more as per his estimation, there is no concrete material on the basis of which the petitioner's can claim to be making out a case for this Court's interference in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

I do not find any merit in this application, which is,
