2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, stolen cement bags were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that stolen bags of cement were recovered from the house of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
