The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018 for the offense under Sections 272, 273, 290, 294 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (A), 37 (B) (C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 27 liters Nepali Soufi wine was seized. He further submits that signatures of the petitioners were forcibly obtained on the seizure list. He submits that petitioners are in custody since 22.12.2018.

Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge, Excise, Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018.
